BORA: What was the situation you experienced as World Voyages-BCD Travel Senegal before BORA? What management challenges and problems was your Agency facing before BORA?
Racine Ba: We were experiencing quite a number of communication difficulties between sales team and accounting team. And of course, the problems pertaining to Service Fees Management.
BORA: How did you come to know about BORA?
Racine Ba: Amadeus spoke to us about the BORA products.
BORA: What were the key motives that set your choice on BORA?
Racine Ba: Actually in our market there were no comparable alternatives.
BORA: How was BORA implementation carried out (timing, professionalism, etc)?
Racine Ba: Challenging. This we learnt from the BORA team was due to the multiple site configurations; our implementation was special because of this so it took months.
BORA: What changes has BORA implementation brought to your agency in terms of operational organization, processes, customer service?
Racine Ba: Better GUI (Graphical User Interface). More user-friendly. Better features. More efficient to work with.
BORA: How does BORA now support your business objectives?
Racine Ba: Better than previous version of BORA.
BORA: What are the measurable evidences of your success with BORA?
Racine Ba: It now has many of the features I see in other popular back/mid office tools. It has potential!
